There is no legal limit on the number of limited companies that you can have. You can use your limited company to own and operate another company and can be beneficial when trying to separate out your business activities. Regardless of how many limited companies you operate, each company will need to be treated as a separate entity; filing company accounts, confirmation statements, and tax returns annually for each one.
